Waitrose Refurbishment Projects 2021
We are pleased to announce the contract award of multiple Waitrose Refurbishment Projects for 2021 at:
- Morningside, Edinburgh
- Crowborough, East Sussex
- Gillingham, Dorset
- Rushden, Northamptonshire
- Esher, Surrey
The first of these projects have already commenced on site and all projects will be complete by October 2021. We will be working alongside main contractors UC Build Ltd, CTS Shopfitting Ltd and Hutton Construction Ltd and works will consist of the complete floor to ceiling refurbishment of sales floors together with new Dry Air Coolers and New Refrigerated Cabinet Installation, New Service Counter Departments and also in some of the stores new Sushi offers, Waite & Rose Cafes, Unpacked Departments and John Lewis Better Together Departments.
As part of the electrical installation works we will be installing all new Internal and External LED Lighting, Data Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, BMS Systems, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarms as well as Main Switch Panel Upgrades or Alterations.
2021 marks 18 years of Paul Earl Ltd working for the Waitrose and John Lewis Partnership as a key supplier on their construction framework.
