The project comprised the fit out of levels 5 and 6 of office workspace, private offices and meeting rooms plus kitchens, break out areas and IDF rooms. The design saw the building stripped back exposing the M&E services and brickwork, our works included the installation of surface, recessed and suspended LED architectural lighting systems, emergency lighting, exposed galvanised steel cable tray and conduits, underfloor busbar power systems, floor boxes and desk mounted outlets.
