CAT A Fit Out of 75,000 sq ft of New Workspace at Cally Yard

In July 2020 we completed all electrical and associated works relating to the fit out of 75,000 sq ft of new workspace across six buildings at the new Cally Yard development on the Caledonian Road for Morgan Lovell

As part of the works we installed new electrical infrastructure and finished services to CAT A with surface mounted coated conduits and containment systems as well as suspended lighting systems throughout. Our contract works also included mains services and distribution as well as new fire alarm and refuge systems.
