We were recently contracted by our client ISG Plc to complete the electrical and associated works relating to the CAT A fit out of 70,000 sq/ft of contemporary workspace over 8 Floors at 12 Arthur Street, London .

The project took place over a 20 week construction programme and consisted of the open office fit out to CAT A including new LED lighting throughout including core areas, toilets, shower rooms, lift lobbies, basement bike stores and staircases. New containment throughout and also modification works to existing mains distribution systems.
